Stalling Requests:

If you would like to put in a stalling request please do so by entering a “Stalling Request Group Name”, each exhibitor will have to put the same group name to be stalled by each other. If you have no stalling request please leave this portion blank. If you fail to put the correct group name or choose to leave this black you will be stalled by CYAE staff, according to the chosen method.

Step 1 – Login

Click “Login” on the top left-hand side of your screen.

Choose “Exhibitor.”

Password: The passwords were pre-set by you, please enter the password you chose during nominations.

Step 2 – Account Information

Choose “Begin adding exhibitors and their entries.”

Type the exhibitor’s first and last name. Important: The student’s name must be typed EXACTLY how it appears on the CYAE nomination report. All exhibitors who have nominated a market steer, market barrow, market lamb, market goat, commercial ewe, purebred gilt or commercial gilt must choose “This exhibitor has already been registered.”

All exhibitors who are only showing breeding heifers must choose “This is a new exhibitor.”

Already registered exhibitors: The password is what the exhibitors set it as at nominations.3New exhibitors: You must create a password.

The exhibitor’s information page will appear. If all information is correct, click “Continue.” You may also edit the exhibitor’s information if needed. All “new” exhibitors must fill in the
required information.

Step 3 – Entries

Choose a department.

Choose a division. Please check the nomination report, which is on the corresponding page of this website, for a complete list of nominated animals. You may only enter an animal exactly how it is listed on the nomination report. If you receive an error message, it is more than likely you are trying to enter in a different breed than what is posted on the nomination report.

Choose a validation number – this is the CYAE tag number.

Click “Continue.” Exhibitors showing more than one animal: Continue by choosing a department and repeating the process. Exhibitors showing only one animal: Click “Continue.”

Step 4- Other Items

Choose any fees that apply, if no fees apply please skip this step

Step 5- Review

Please review all items in cart and make sure these coincide with CYAE Rules

If you are finished with all exhibitors, click “Check out” and proceed with the on-screen instructions.

If you need to add more entries, click the appropriate tab.
